1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Leverage AI LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a business-to-business (B2B) provider of AI-powered customer communication solutions. By engaging our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Leverage AI LLC provides AI-powered voice and SMS agent services for home service and trade businesses. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Automated customer inquiry handling
• Appointment scheduling and confirmation via voice and SMS
• Service follow-up communications
• AI-assisted customer support

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring that end users have provided appropriate consent to receive communications
• Providing accurate and up-to-date business information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing their industry and communications with their customers

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, software, algorithms, and proprietary systems developed and maintained by Leverage AI LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for the duration of their engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leverage AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Leverage AI LLC during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Leverage AI LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of any AI-generated communications. Clients acknowledge that AI systems may occasionally produce errors or unexpected responses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, we will cease all services and, upon request, delete or return any Client data in our possession within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
